Nordsol Management Holding AB focus on ownership positions in IT-Security and Information Security companies. Our background as entrepreneurs, broad network of contacts and experience from many years of assisting society’s most demanding customers in the field, promote long-term and sustainable value creation. Nordsol was founded in 2001 after an exit with the company NetMaker AB. In 2021 the holdings in SecMaker AB were sold and partly re-invested in Pointsharp International AB. Another holding is Lexgate AB.
